The paddles adheres to the official standards of pickleball and are USAPA certified, empowering you to unleash your full potential.

After the carbon fiber plate is glued to the honeycomb, it is put into the mold for thermoforming.

After 25 minutes of thermoforming, we can get a semi-finished 360-degree GEN3 pickleball paddle.

Next, we print the surface pattern. Assemble edge guard strips and GRIPS. We end up with a finished GEN3 pickleball paddle.

When glass fiber is added to the surface of the carbon fiber plate, paddle will have more control and spin in use.

The EVA foam filled propulsion core will make the paddle have more powerful resilience.

GEN3 paddle will give you a great experience in pickleball games.

Step1; Choose the paddle size and shape
The USAPA standard stipulates that the sum of the length and width of the entire paddle cannot exceed 24 inches
16.5 * 7.5-inch flat top shape and 140mm grips length, suitable for forward attacking players with one or two hands, tending towards attack and balanced control, with good stability
16.5 * 7.5-inch flat top shape and 140mm grips length ,Suitable for forward and backward one handed attacking players, with a larger sweet zone and higher stability
16 * 8-inch racket, suitable for defensive players, with high stability in ball control

16.5*7.5 inch fan-shaped top and 140mm has lower wind resistance and is suitable for backhand forward attacks,

Step2; Choose the material
Beginners often use fiberglass rackets, which often have insufficient rebound and rotation strength, and are prone to breakage during cold pressing.
Most advanced players have started using carbon fiber material and using thermoforming technology to produce it, which has good resilience, friction, and service life
Semi professional and professional players usually have strict requirements for strength, rotational friction, and ball control. The structure from the core to the surface needs to be specially customized to achieve a balanced level.

The size of the honeycomb core aperture affects the elasticity and sweet zone of the finishing process. The larger the honeycomb core aperture, the larger the corresponding sweet zone, but the strength will be smaller.
Surface materials are commonly divided into three categories: glass fiber, carbon fiber, and Kevlar
Among them, carbon fiber is divided into several categories based on strength, namely T300, T700, T800, T1000, 3K, 12K, and 18K
Different surface structures can also bring different effects

Step3 Pre type
The hot forming process requires manually injecting foam into carbon fiber
And wrapping it 360 degrees in all directions to enhance the overall sealing, rebound strength, and expand the sweet zone of the racket.
The handle after hot forming is also more sturdy

Step4 Thermoforming

Place the pre formed honeycomb core and

carbon plate into an aluminum mold and
preheat it for 25 minutes.
The carbon fiber material in the mold is usually hot pressed at a high temperature of around 130 degrees until we have a 360 degree integrated rough embryo.
Polish the carbon wire extruded after heating to make its overall edges smooth

Step5  Printing Patterns
The patterns on the racket are usually printed using UV, especially carbon fiber materials. If you want to preserve the most primitive carbon friction, most will only choose to print the line type.
The use of laser engraved patterns can cause significant damage to the surface of the racket.
If you prefer patterns with larger areas, in order to preserve surface friction, you will choose to spray particle paint

Step6 Packge the edge and grips
Customizable color, material, and craftsmanship of the edge strips, as well as the color, material, and style of the grids
